Our Australian head office is in North Sydney, and we have around 3000 staff located in digital hubs and contact centres in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sydney, Melbourne and Ballarat, as well as staff working from home across most states.
Concentrix delivers the National Relay Service and many other programs for Federal and State Government departments and corporate customers. Together with our digital team, Concentrix Tigerspike, we support vulnerable citizens through accessible communications so they can navigate their daily lives. This cohort includes people who are Deaf and those who are speech and hearing impaired; people seeking disability and family welfare payments; people seeking access to Government Housing or who are rough sleeping; victims of domestic violence and people accessing emergency services, people seeking mental health support and people requiring home care services.
